Some staff were friendly, waitstaff however were very rude. They’d come to the table and just stand there and glare and take out their pad and pen. Acred annoyed whenever we asked for anything. Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive
Been many times to this resort and quality has decreased a lot. Roaches in room every night. Not enough beach and pool chairs. Waiters were not courteous. Restaurants and buffet are just ok (food used to be so great). Sorry Lopesan. Hope it gets better when the expansion opens.

Chambre spacieuse mais service plutôt lent. Wifi pas disponible partout. Chambres situées en face de la rue bruyantes. Il faut privilégier une chambre donnant vers la cours intérieure et la piscine.

Costa Love Hotel Aeropuerto
The rooms are clean. The hotel has hot water , which not all hotels in the DR do. The pool was clean. It’s safe and everyone is friendly. Plus you can walk to get food and shop if you want to. The owner and his family work there and are very friendly . I would definitely stay here again
