Very limited parking however you can find areas where locals will charge you for parking and then stop traffic and escort you across the very busy roadway. They will ask for 200RD but will bargain for 100RD. Very lovely to visit, lots of shops along the beach, but none of them take debit or credit cards, BRING CASH!! You can hire a boat to take you out snorkelling, you can bargain down to $15USD per person, ask for Tony Macaroni! Snorkel equipment is included however the gear they had for us was/is stored near the extra gas so the fumes off the mask made it very uncomfortable. Locals will say you can swim out to snorkel area (called three rocks or the spanish equivalent) however I would not recommend attempting.
