"Tout était parfait. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le seul bémol c’était pendant une période des fêtes beaucoup d’enfants au spa, que ce soit à l’heure des hommes ou celui des femmes, nous n’étions pas tranquille et n’avons pas pu profiter du service. Même pendant un massage effectué, on entendait les enfants criaient à côté, ce n’était pas le lieu pour un endroit de détente. Dommage sinon tout était parfait, la nourriture, l’équipe, la propreté et tout le reste, nous avons passé un jour mémorable. Dommage pour la détente."

"The proximity of the hotel to Terminal 4 and the reasonable price is the main reasons we chose the Premier Inn, the staff were very helpful checking us in as we had problems connecting to the local network and we were really impressed with the full breakfast option. I highly recommend if you are in transit at Heathrow Terminal 4."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"A mon avis le Bailey's South Kensington est le parfait endroit où séjourner à Londres . Tout le personnel , de la réception , aux portiers , aux personnes d'étage, est disponible, accueillant . Je me rends au Bailey's depuis 2015 lors de mes déplacements à Londres , je ne suis jamais déçue. La politesse et le respect des Britanniques ne sont pas des mirages . Certains hôteliers Français et la population Parisienne en particulier ont des leçons de bienséance à prendre des Londoniens quant à l'accueil des touristes étrangers . Par ailleurs, l'hôtel est à deux minutes à pied de la station de métro , ligne directe depuis King Cross St Pancras."

"Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Mitre House Hotel. Le point fort est sa localisation, à proximité de Paddington et dans un beau quartier. Le personnel était serviable et gentil, également pour le breakfast. La chambre était très bien, même si dans un style plutôt « vieux ». Heureusement qu’il y avait un ventilateur, car nous avons eu assez chaud (nous y étions en pleine canicule). Je recommande cet hôtel, simple et efficace pour un séjour à Londres de quelques jours !"
