"The original 1926 hotel building in the center of the resort has received many poor reviews because the historic rooms there have just a small window (no balcony with sliding door) and apparently are pretty run down. We were lucky to be "upgraded" at check-in to room 604, top floor of the much newer "West Tower" with nice balcony overlooking the hot spring pools and territorial view to the south. The west tower, at least the 6th floor that we stayed on is fully refurbished and looks nearly brand new and is similar to nice 4 star hotels. There is an even taller East Tower which is the newest building, which might also have newer finish. Apparently you should beware of the central old hotel which is run down. Attached photo is from West Tower Room 604. The Hot springs pools are very clean. More like very warm swimming pools than other hot springs such as Blue Lagoon in Iceland. Had one dinner in the Copper Room restaurant which is in the 1920's ballroom. Very historic. and Fun. Good food. Small portions."

"Condo is located within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Harrison Lake. Situated on the east side of the lagoon near the Harrison boat launch and Rendell Park. Lake views from the balcony are fantastic and there is an abundance of lounge furniture on the deck making it easy to enjoy sunrise and sunsets.The condo is extremely clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed for cooking in the unit or take advantage of the deck barbeque. There is a washer and dryer in unit and reliable high-speed Internet access.Check-in was very simple. There is assigned parking for the unit along with an EV charger in the assigned spot. We visited on Canada Day and in addition to the welcome basket that greeted us upon arrival Satwick kindly dropped off a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy while watching the fireworks from the deck."

"Very nice for a motel. We did have a room on second floor which I believe are an upgrade from other rooms. Room was clean and renovated. Very functional room. Modern bathroom. Not much place to store clothes. Otherwise very good. It was quiet. Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful and always watching for parking lot trespassers as there are not a lot of parking spots. Excellently located in the heart of the action on the lakefront. Good wall unit AC. Good Wifi and big tv. "
