"We chose this property due to the amount of beds it had and its proximity to Valparaiso University. It was the perfect size for our group (9-12 adults) and had a well stocked kitchen. "

"The property was nice and secluded and quiet. We enjoyed the wooded property and fire pit area. The inside remodel was nice and the beds were all comfortable. The whole inside needs a good dusting. There were cob webs in all corners and on the walls with bugs and spiders in them. Some cob webs had a brown color meaning they had been there for some time. The dish washer was full of mold and wasn't able to be used. "
