« Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay. »

« When we arrived there was a minor issue that needed attention. The host responded right away and addressed it immediately. Very impressed with the response. Great location, close to downtown, breweries, coffee shops, and some great restaurants. Amazing architectural gems nearby in the Butler University area. Highly recommend! »

« Very convenient location… walkable to Lucas, to downtown Indy and many locations. Very comfortable stay. On the location, I would add in the description that the location is the carriage house and the access is via the alley. I would also add that the main living quarters is up stairs - in case there are people staying there with mobility issues. Otherwise this is a great location. « I need to write about our host, Jeff. We had tickets to Indianapolis, Indiana for Antiques Roadshow, this was a bucket list of ours and we were so excited to get the tickets. We were then even more excited that we found Jeff’s bungalow however we couldn’t go because we were sick with bronchitis so it was a double miss. « We checked out of this property the same day we checked in. It was booked 8 months in advance. When we got there the outside of the property was completely under construction. There was clutter everywhere. I talked to VRBO and the owner and got nowhere so left the property we had paid a month for and checked into a hotel. I'm still trying to get some money back.
