  • Your Indianapolis adventure begins staying in a renovated and remodeled space inside the Historic Merz building constructed in 1900. As one of the Kessler managed properties expect all you get with a five star hotel in a VRBO experience. For starters there is free onsite parking. Park your car and forget it. The location is a walk away from the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium Eli Lilly, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many of downtown Indianapolis’s many fine restaurants and art establishments to include the world famous Gallery Forty-Two. This boutique space can accommodate up to 7 guests. Feel free to reach out during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.
