Spacious downtown delight, campus access

New construction in 2017. Located across street to IU Campus, local nightlife and the best restaurants in town. Perfect for visiting IU parents, faculty, working professionals, and mature renters for IU games and events. This apartment is 1150 sqft. and has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious living room with an extra fold-out queen bed, a completely new kitchen with quartz countertops, and all new appliances. WiFi, Netflix, and Smart TV. The apartment offers the amenities and comfort a guest can expect. The rooms are spacious with large windows and lots of light. Business travelers are friendly. We offer weekly and monthly discounts. Long-term rent is also available.
This is a wonderful location within walking distance of IU Sample Gates and downtown. Bloomington's finest foods and ethnic restaurants are all snuggled in on fourth street only one half a block from the front door. A couple of blocks away on Kirkwood you will find the Buskirk-Chumley Theater - a downtown attraction since 1922 - Starbucks coffee, Farm Restaurant, Nick's Old English Pub, and more. IU Stadium and Memorial Union are just a few blocks away.
You will be able to walk everywhere and will be able to travel to Bloomington with or without a vehicle.
Uber and Lift services are available in town and from the Indianapolis airport.
Bloomington Indiana Shuttle and Limousine services are also available at the airport.
Dockless Bike Sharing Service and Electric Scooters are available throughout the city and on Campus.
The bus stop is located one block away.
Free parking is available on the streets 9 pm-8 am and Sundays. And in certain locations on campus during weekends, holidays, and university breaks. For your convenience, we recommend that you download the ParkMobile app.

Everything was great! The owner was super responsive and flexible with some travel issues that we had. The unit was clean and cozy and such a great location. You can hear noise from the Pub around the corner if you have sleep issues but my husband and daughter didn't notice. Ear plugs were provided along w shampoo, soap, coffee pods, etc. We really felt welcome and taken care of. I would 100% come back again.

Spacious, solid upstairs apartment (it's over a marijuana shop and a tattoo parlor, neither of which were a bother in any sense) in a really convenient location for visiting the IU campus. Many ethnic restaurants within very easy walking distance. Functionally equipped rather than decorative; cramped bathroom space. The advertised "Spa/Hot tub" was nowhere in evidence - there's no bathtub at all - and the claimed "on-site parking" doesn't exist. We were lucky to find parking meter spaces available outside, but it's a busy area and you shouldn't count on it.

Nice place, a little noisy and parking issues

This place worked well for my adult daughter and me. Plenty of space, but the kitchen is a bit tight. Our neighbors in 201 were loud, as were the nearby restaurants. The biggest issue is no dedicated parking. During the day metered parking was full. Check-in instructions suggest flex lot, but some require car removal by 4AM. Fortunately we weren’t ticketed or towed. Otherwise proximity to campus and restaurants was great. Oh, and the units are 2nd floor with stairs only, so keep that in mind if you have difficulty with stairs.

IU Football weekend

Apartment was very convenient for walking around town. Parking is a little tricky. Meters and public lots only. Evening noise was noticeable but the earplugs provided was a nice touch. All in all the apartment was comfortable and great location for exploring downtown BTown.

Visiting our son at IU

This is the second time staying here . It was spotlessly clean and the location can not be beat. You are across the street from campus and restaurants and bars are beside you. That being said there needs to be more comfortable seating. This time there was only a couch with a dining room table and chairs in the Living Room . Not comfortable when the boys were with us. We had a great weekend visiting the kids and walking around campus.

Spacious clean apartment, but poor check Iin

The apartment is in a good location and was clean. It took two hours to unlock door to apartment. The wrong code was sent. I could have waited 15 minutes, and not complained. However, no one answered the phone number left on webpage. I had to call VRBO. Finally, was put through and able to get in.

Great location one block off Kirkwood Ave

This property is in an awesome location for anything nearby the IU Campus and/or downtown Bloomington. You can see the back of Kilroy's from the upstairs window and are walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars. The unit was clean and has all the basic supplies you need for a group of 4-5 people.

Anywhere you go in the downtown/campus area of Bloomington is a parking challenge. Lack of free parking is the only negative opinion about this location.

Great weekend in Bloomington

We came to Bloomington to visit my college freshman for the weekend. The location of this property is amazing.. we walked all over campus and it is so close to all the restaurants and bars! The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners were available and communicated with us. I did my sons laundry and cooked some home cooked meals for him. He loved it! With the amazing location also comes with the noise at night of all the people going home.. but they supply ear plugs if it gets too loud. Parking is also something to think about being that close to restaurants and campus. There is a public parking lot a block away but you can only do a 12 hour park and then have to move car and park again for 12 hours. It is all VERY doable but does take some planning. Thanks for a great weekend at IU!

Great location

We were visiting Bloomington to look at the IU campus for my daughter who is applying there. It was very centrally located and we could easily walk to campus as well as restaurants and shops. We brought our own food to cook while we were there. I would suggest, if you are doing that, to bring some cooking supplies with you. There were no pot holders, only one cooking spoon and no baking sheets. The condo itself was perfect for us and for what we needed.

Clean and close to campus

This is a lovely and clean apartment. It is within a quick walk to campus which we did multiple times. Very close to night life and restaurants. Convenient parking.
