#### Lucas Stadium Olympic Trials

This property was very convenient to Lucas Stadium as we were able easily walk to the venue. The property is in great shape and we really like the front porch to look out. The beds were nice and the kitchen was great. We would definitely stay again when we come to Indianapolis.

#### Lovely apartment 

The apartment was beautiful and great for a weekend stay. Issues were handled by the owners and they were also given suggestions to assist future guests. Our only concern were the stairs were steep and if it wasn’t for that, we would definitely stay here again.

My brother and I stayed here for the NCAA Big 10 Tourney. Approx. 1/2 mile from Gainbridge and downtown. Perfect for us. Only warning is that the stairs to the apartment are quite steep, which could be an issue for some people. Overall - quite satisfied with the stay and with our communication with the Property managers.

#### Quick weekend trip to Indy 

\- irritating use of AI to write pretty much all messages, which were excessive in number, and yet didn’t provide important information - such as the fact that this is a second floor unit, access via dark side entrance, poorly lit- door bell on side of house in narrow walkway between two houses, easy for passers to press the bell, like at 3am. Which happened - no wine which was promised in AI generated message.- coffee grounds left in coffee maker-uncomfortable bed. I will never understand the logic of putting a massive pillow top to hide a saggy-middle mattress.
