I didn’t get a seat for the inbound flight to Indy - they were oversold and told me I wouldn’t likely get a seat. In the end I did get a seat. I didn’t like purchasing my ticket through Expedia over 2 weeks in advance only to learn I couldn’t get a seat at the last moment. The Air CANADA staff said I should have paid $25 more to get a seat - I don’t recall that option when booking through Expedia. I won’t book an Air CANADA flight again through Expedia as I don’t need that last minute anxiety - that lasted 2 hours just prior to the flight.
