« The stay was great , the rooms were great , the hotel was as listed , the only complaint that me or the many people that were with the same group had was the front desk lady Rby , she was very rude and if you asked for anything or needed anything she either was snappy or acted put out . Other than her the stay was great. »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
