LOCATION: Villa Soleil is located in Lago Vista, surrounded by the beauty of Texas Hill Country. It's just 38 miles from downtown Austin, 53.5 miles from the Formula 1 race track, and 47 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The area offers both tranquility and easy access to Austin’s attractions, including wine tasting and hiking. SETTING: The property offers a serene, scenic setting on Lake Travis, with views of the cliffs at Paleface Park (also known as Pace Bend Park). Watch the sunset over the cliffs while enjoying the peaceful, private surroundings. WATERFRONT: Villa Soleil is located at the 27-mile marker on Lake Travis, providing deep-water access for various water activities. Even during the 2013 drought, the dock remained afloat in deep water. A local boat service may be able to deliver watercraft directly to the dock, which is easily accessible via a wide, 5-foot concrete walkway. BOAT DOCK: The private boat dock features a single covered slip, capable of accommodating up to a 23-foot direct drive boat, along with two personal watercraft. There are electric lifts for the boat and watercraft. Fishing is great right from the dock! THE ULTIMATE LAKEHOUSE: Villa Soleil offers the perfect environment for large gatherings of friends and family, whether you’re water skiing, swimming, or fishing right off the dock. HOUSE INFORMATION AND RULES OUTDOOR CAMERAS: For security, there are two outdoor cameras: Driveway Camera: Monitors the driveway area. Pool Equipment Camera: Oversees the pool control area, but not the pool/spa. We prioritize your privacy and will not monitor other areas of the property. INSTANT BOOKING: Before making an instant booking, guests please message the owner to address any questions and confirm that your group will adhere to the property’s house rules. This step will ensure your credit card is not charged until we confirm everything. A signed lease agreement is required before arrival. RENTAL POLICIES: Weddings are not permitted. The maximum group size is 14 people, including daytime visitors who are not staying overnight. Groups consisting mostly or entirely of individuals under the age of 35 are not allowed. For groups of all adults, the maximum occupancy is 10 people. The layout is perfect and the added bonus of the pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard kept the teenagers very entertained. The table setups for 10 and two refrigerators/dishwashers was a huge help you don't normally find in options for a group of 12\. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—actually, even better. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Access to the lake was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our days swimming in our private pool, relaxing in the hot tub on cool evenings, playing pickleball, and watching sunrises and sunsets from the well-appointed deck. We knew this was not an ideal time for weather but the timing worked well for us. Our host was very helpful and the home was as advertised.The kitchen has two dishwashers and refrigerators and is stocked with necessary tools to eat in.We truly enjoyed the pickleball court and all of the games were a huge family hit.There is a large area and table for eating outdoors on the deck above the pool and plenty of tv’s if want to catch a ballgame or two.Thank you to our host Jackie! ##### Michael H. But there were discrepancies on check-in and check-out. Listing had one time and owner sent me different items direct. This is the strictest house we’ve stayed and even had to sign a rental agreement with my DL and everyone’s name and numbers staying in the house. I come from a family of restaurant owners and we were all really impressed with the availability of all the cookware. The pool was set at a nice temperature and the jacuzzi was very spacious. The beds were cozy & comfortable. The property host was very detail-oriented and gave helpful tips on what to expect and where to find things locally.
