My expectations were exceeded. The delivery of freshly made muffins, a hayride, feeding goats and chickens. Being able to pick vine-ripened tomatoes and having a fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful retreat with amazing patio complete with waterfall & firepit....large kitchen, well-equipped. Access to the river was easy and rewarding even though the water level was low due to the drought. The house is very well kept and well stocked. We enjoyed the wild bird variety and the deer. Sheron Scurlock took us on a tour of the property and gave some history which made us love it even more. Access to Georgetown and Round Rock was easy and fun. We would stay there again. ##### mary W.
