« The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! « Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again »

« Hotel wasn’t bad. I have some issues, because I was staying with the dog. Miscommunication I think, when I called the hotel earlier nobody told me rules. I bought the tickets for a boat tour, no pets allowed. I broth the kennel to keep my dog in in the room for 1.5 hour and I find out in the last minute I can’t. I could cancel my tour so I lost money. Nobody told me before I can’t leave my dog alone in the room even inside the kennel . »

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »

« Staff did a good job. Room was unsatisfactory, window shade needed a strong man to operate. Pull curtain fell off the rod when closed. No microwave. No cabinet under the awful large TV. No art work. Would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Did not have a free continental breakfast and charged another $30 in resort charges………for What???? »

« The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things...
