The property was under construction, heat wasn’t working in the rooms, pool and jacuzzi was out of order and that’s Why we took the kids. I didn’t even stay at the hotel I have a newborn baby in the heat without the rooms are freezing. We left and had to drive home that night with our children. did not get a refund, we told about all the policies and rules to why we can’t gt a refund even though we aren’t staying, etc. but we weren’t refunded for none of the amenities were available, hotel was dirty, dusty without heat and unlivable for a family like mine.

The property is being renovated. The pool and hot tub were not operating. No carpet in many areas. Our room had not been renovated yet. It was worn and outdated.
