This beautifully decorated, well maintained modern home features 5 bedrooms and is located in Powers Lake, WI. This spacious retreat has something for everybody. The living area can easily accommodate 2-3 families and the bonus room is a great place to gather for evenings of fun and memories that will last a lifetime. Relax and enjoy a little fishing on the shared pier or spend the day on the lake swimming, sailing, boating, tubing or jet skiing. Winters are filled with ice fishing, snowmobiling, sledding and ice skating. The home is located just minutes from Lake Geneva, WI where you can golf, shop, ski or enjoy a little night life. The sunsets are perfection and this vacation home will make you want to kick back, relax and enjoy both the summers and the winters. Estimated pier removal first week of October (weather pending). Pier to be installed mid-May (weather pending). We are dog-friendly (dogs must be 2+ years old). The pet fee is $250 per stay, regardless of the number of dogs. The house was very clean and we all noticed how friendly the instructions/guidelines were, you could tell the hosts really cared about you having an awesome stay. The distance to the lake from the pictured looked like a concern, but it felt much closer & easier to access than a lot of other Wisconsin lakes with 80 stairs to get up & down. The young kids enjoyed swimming by the dock and our family used the relaxing chairs on the dock more than anything else during our stay. We will definitely be coming back next summer! ##### Megan T. First and foremost, the house is exactly as presented. Great location, spacious and you really don’t want for anything. We had both daughters and families join us - ages 4 months to 6 years (boys) and two 2 year old girls. Plenty of room for kids, toys, parents and grand parents! The small beach is excellent - bottom off the beach is flat and clean - kids had no issues with wading or being in the warm water with parents. A great dock allowed us to tie up our pontoon rental all week (From Uncle Ed’s on the lake) and you really can’t be on the lake without getting out onto the water! The home is conveniently located right across from Powers Lake. With a private pier the owners let you use. There were 5 very spacious bedrooms and a very nice sunroom that has enough space for everyone. The house was stocked with everything you need. The yard and front porch were nice with plenty of space. We also rented a boat and a wave runner from Uncle Ed's 262-295-5253 at the owner's suggestion. It is close to many antique shops and Lake Geneva for day trips. We really enjoyed ourselves at this rental. We all had a great time and we would not hesitate to rent here again. ##### Patricia P. Bill and Mary were gracious hosts. We saw them periodically throughout our stay. They answered any questions we had. Beautiful views of the lake! The property is very large with five good size bedrooms. One on the first floor which was nice. All of the beds were very comfortable. Everybody had plenty of space. The home was very well stocked with plenty of towels, soaps etc. They even have an extra full sized refrigerator in the kitchen! We had our three year old grandson, who loved playing in the huge front and backyards. We brought stomp rockets, and played frisbee. We figured out how to navigate through the area. This was our second year renting this house. it is clean, comfortable and spacious! Great for a family weekend. The front deck is amazing to have your coffee on as well as large family dinners. Hosts are near by and very responsive. Bill and Mary were so helpful and considerate in accommodating us and in making the visit easier for our daughter who is disabled. The area is beautiful with lots of fun things to do. The house was immaculate and the lake beautiful. There is a sand beach with a dock and pristine water. The house allowed for cooking meals with a wonderful spacious outdoor eating space. Lots of green space around the house for outdoor activities. This house was perfect. It is everything that is advertised. Very clean, well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. The front porch is amazing... we had my whole family over (over 20 people!!!) for dinner and there was plenty of space. The hosts are lovely and very responsive.
