Carpet in the room was stained. Paint chipped on most of the trim. Hardest bed I ever slept on. A/C seemed to work well. Breakfast was a little lacking but we did have some waffles which were good. Walls were thin but mostly people were quiet. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't spend much time in hotel as we were staying for an off site event. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Several pieces of furniture were absent. WE ONLY HAD A BED!! No desk chair! No arm chair! Only one garbage can in the room. Fortunately we had some folding chairs in our vehicle that we brought up to our room. The condition of the room was very disappointing. Upon entering the room smelled and was in dire need of repair. You could tell that the sheet on the bed had prior stains on it and there were stains on the carpet. Furniture was old and scratched. Was not told about breakfast time so missed it. Asked if we could check in early and was told for a extra $25.00 we could so a room was ready but would not allow us to check in without paying extra. We came back later. Room was clean, a little worn but comfortable. We came for a 1-night stay in the Delavan area and found that the room and the hotel were clean and the staff were friendly. Loved the location because it is a little out of town but everything we wanted to do was within a 10-minute drive.
