We have been going to the Geneva Inn for the last 10 years. The restaurant is no longer open for breakfast, during happy hour we were not allowed to sit at tables with the beautiful lake view, very little Christmas decorations compared to beautiful ones in the past, and our soaking tub drain cover did not work. When we told the counter receptionist about the drain at checkout, no apology just that he would alert maintenance. The staff seemed to be very preoccupied and not welcoming. This is so different from past years, I qm sad to say we probably will not return to The Geneva Inn.
Loved everything about it. Not sure why our door to enter the suite had a shade on it. Felt a little unsure about that. Very thankful for the staff that welcomed us.
It was very much relaxing like I wanted and the tub was nice. However you’ll constantly have all types of bugs flying around you when you turn the lights on at night.
