Upon check in, our safe didn’t work, the pool was open but had safety tape around it so the stairs couldn’t be used someone kept knocking On the door late night, they had the wrong room. For $250 a night I expected a little better accommodations.

This was our first time at Lake Geneva and it was amazing! The hotel was in an excellent location next to all the shops where you could walk. Minimal driving outside of the area was needed. The lake view is amazing as well, I could only imagine how great it would be in the summer! Staff was nice, Gino’s East was attached and their mozzarella sticks were *chef’s kiss*. The indoor pool/hot tub/sauna were a nice additional too!

Staff could not have been more accommodating. Check in was a breeze. Room was sparkling and the fireplace added an extra cozy touch. Lake view was perfect! Location could not be beat! Quiet but walkable to everything!

Nice property on the lake, close proximity to shops and restaurants! The room wasn’t bad, the bathroom needs stuff redone due to wear and tear. The hot tub was on the dirty side. While sitting in it relaxing, in the bubbles I saw dirt and was grossed out.
