Whistler Cascade Lodge

"We love staying at this resort. We stay here a couple of times a year because it’s right at the base of Whistler Village and close to everything. The front desk staff at the resort were very helpful and kind. They responded very quickly to my emails, and they were very positive and friendly. The unit and property doors/locks are all done with codes, so it was nice not having to worry about a key. Parking was expensive ($26 a night after tax), but it is expensive everywhere in Whistler. Our unit was very clean and everything worked in it. We were there with a number of family members, and there was one unit that did have some issues. The staff was very fast to try to fix the issues though, so this would not deter me from booking at Cascade Lodge again. Our particular unit was very well maintained though. Thanks to the terrific staff at Cascade Lodge. You helped make our Thanksgiving weekend a great success! 🌟"

"Nice stay at the Fairmont Whistler. Amenities were nice. Pool area could have used a little more maintenance with leaves in the water. Used the hotel shuttle to get around. Staff were friendly and attentive."

"Overall a great stay, we loved that it is directly in the village. We we had a loft suite, which was weird to get to and quite a few stairs between. The interior was acceptable, but could definitely see some wear and tare."

"Liked the location of the hotel, complimentary coffee and fruits in the lobby. The king bed is comfortable but the sofa bed is not. The hotel is dated and the front desk staffs can be more friendly, like a smile and acknowledgement of the guests would be nice. Over price parking with no parking during thanksgiving weekend ."
