"The room was clean and comfortable. It included a full kitchenette that would be useful if you were there longer term. The TV sucked, it was very slow to change channels and had lag issues. Would recommend bringing your own laptop to stream. The building was attatched to Tim Hortons which is convenient, but it is on the college campus so it was a bit of a madhouse in the morning. Parking was confusing and hard to come by as you can't simply park in the adjacent parking garage cuz it's not for hotel guests ($20/day parking should be more convenient). There was an underground parking garage further away that we were not made aware of until we were already frustrated from circling the block. The front desk is very nice and helpful when asked but some communications can be improved. Everyone we encountered was very polite. Overall, it was a decent stay with some minor inconveniences. This may be because this hotel is part of the college and not a stand alone accommodation. Would consider staying here again if I'm back in Vancouver. It's not a terrible drive back into the major parts of the city."

"Cleaning staff were good. But we wondered if the products to clean tabletop could be improved because they seemed a big sticky after cleaning. We came back to our room one day at 4 p.m. to rest and the room wasn't cleaned yet. But we requested just the washroom to be done and staff were quick and efficient with that task as requested. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating and knowledgeable. Five stars for them."
