It’s in a gated property of condos and felt very safe and was nice & quiet. The property owner was very responsive and had her (young adult) daughter come over and change a battery in our smoke alarm. She was both friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for a small group. »

Private garage parking within gated community, with direct access to condo which is super convenient for loading bags/ groceries. Modern condo unit trendy finishes & cute decor/bedding. « We used this space to host Thanksgiving for our son, who lives and Dallas and can't get away for the holiday. The living room is spacious and very comfortable for watching football games and movies. The dedicated dining room is very nice and easily seats six around a large, round table. « I’m a CO grandma, that’s been looking for a WHILE, for a reasonably priced condo, with a garage, to get out of the snow for a month. Family is 3 miles away, so we could easily go back and forth. Restaurants and grocery stores VERY close. Hubs flew down for a week during the 4 weeks and 2 grandkids spent the night on the weekends on the sofa bed. The unit is tiny, but we all loved it. It’s quiet and I felt comfortable and safe. Nice floors, granite and appliances. Loved the fenced in patio....

« We enjoyed the property and walking around the neighborhood. We did not get the information to check in without asking and it was not until 30 minutes prior to check in. The wifi password was incorrect in the information and apparently the cleaning people had the wrong check out date so they just opened the door and came in. « Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility! »

« The property is in a great location, just South of Highland Park and near Uptown. The layout and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and worked well. My only complaint is that the person in the condo above walked around most of the night and woke us up repeatedly. Apparently, the floor is not very well insulated. On the positive note, Sara was very responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very nice. We'd stay there again! »

« The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. « Really nice place and once I figured out the check in process it was easy and convenient. They had great communication, place was clean and had everything we needed, the entire community was really nice and quiet. We ended up extending our stay by 2 days and they made that process fast and easy. It’s extremely dog friendly too. »
