Everything was top notch. Excellent service. The room was clean , the bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. I read other reviews about people hearing everything through the thin paper walls but I did not experience any of that. The restaurant was excellent and it was good quality food for a fair price! Will definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel based off of the search result using “pool.” 30 minutes after paying for the hotel they messaged me stating the pool was closed and to reach out if we needed recommendations for a place to swim. I immediately messaged them explaining I booked solely for the pool and never got a response. I called Expedia and the person I talked to was very helpful but when he tried to escalate my problem the relocation team denied the call to be transferred stating it was disclosed the pool was closed. The person I was talking to didn’t see it in the page and neither did I. I went back to the listing and scrolled the entire page; no mention of the pool being closed. I then started clicking on links to open other windows and it was BURIED deep in there. So Expedia recommended a hotel under the pool search that did not actually offer a pool and then refused to make it right and the hotel ignored my request for help also. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FIR THE POOL. We stayed at another hotel that did have a pool and will not be using Expedia in the future.

I loved the location and the style of this hotel. The staff was amazing and the food was out of this world. I wish the restaurant was open during lunch but there were lots of options to choose from using Uber Eats. The pool was closed for repairs I think but fitness center was open. The hotel was also within walking distance to various shops which was also helpful. I would stay again or recommend it as a nice option for lodging.
