Great place to stay. Modern and clean hotel

This is the best hotel in Tucson. It is seven minutes from the university but feels tucked away. The garden is amazing. The service is top-notch. This is my favorite hotel. I can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I stopped here on our roadtrip, and it was by far our favorite stop. This place is a vibe and a half. Immediately our road weary feeling was shed and replaced with chill and relaxation. The hotel was very convenient to the interstate, and we didn’t feel the need to leave the property. Everything we needed to unwind was available. I’m not an oatmeal person, but their oatmeal bar turned me into a fan! If you’re even the least bit artsy, this place will spark a flame. My husband has been in a dry spell and this place prompted him to add to the chalkboard in our room. Our least favorite part of the visit was leaving. We almost changed our plans to stay longer. We really hope our travels take us through this area again so we can stop here.

The Lodge at Summerhaven is lovely and charming. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I just wish Summerhaven had more food options for dinner. It was a Tuesday and only the Sawmill and Beyond Bread with a limited menu were open.
