"Had a wonderful time "

"So very disappointed after staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar at the weekend. The hotel is in fantastic location in downtown Philadelphia, good size room and clean. However due to the heating and cooling sounding like a rocket taking off in our room 609, every few minutes throughout the night, we practically got no sleep. We also never felt the room temperature change more than 1 degree. After spending over $400 per night on the room and the reception staff allocated guests to this room is incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, at check-in we felt something was off. Don’t waste your money and stay somewhere else where you can actually get some sleep."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are gorgeous. The hotel offers all you need to enjoy your stay and is centrally located to the best parts of Philly. "

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure if you have to request housekeeping to clean your room but they never cleaned my room. I stayed from Friday to Monday morning. There was also a shortage of towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping staff was extremely overwhelmed and frustrated with management. Many were overheard complaining as I walked down the hall while they were cleaning rooms for more guests. The location was super convenient for Penn Relay events. I would stay here again, but request that my room be refreshed daily."

"Great hotel only had snacks in the lobby which were great HUGE tv to watch the game on I mean HUGE very nice hotel everything was on Point - parking is like 60 for 24 hours valet only which I feel Is kinda allot though BUT self park across the way is the same $$ soooo"

"Great hotel in the Philadelphia area, rooms were great, spacious, clean and so comfy. The staff was always willing to help and all so kind. parking was so easy we parked in the adjacent lot right next to the hotel, easy in and out. I highly recommend this historic beautiful hotel."
