Lots of screened windows which was perfect for letting in fresh air. Onsite laundry was convenient. Only about a 15-20 min drive to town and totally worth it to experience this quiet neighborhood. Located in the foothills about 15 minutes south of Fairbanks. Lovely, peaceful property. Feels isolated but plenty of other properties around. I went in Sept and as the leaves fell off the trees neighbors were revealed, but very quiet for the most part. I could hear the airport on very quiet nights but only when the weather wasn't the greatest. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Bunk beds for an adult not so much, but there is a pull out couch in the living room that we never used. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Only disappointment was a wood stove that we couldn't use. The heater works perfectly well, but a couple of gray days that a wood stove would have been very cheery, but hosts asked that it not be used. Deck is huge, with a firepit. Parking is ample. Never met the hosts, but we communicated via text and they were very accommodating. I absolutely recommend this property. ##### Debra R. The house and area where it was situated was just what we were looking for! The woods surrounding the house was so beautiful and peaceful. It was definitely a home away from home. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything a home would need. The king size bed upstairs was very comfy! Casey, our host was a very nice guy and easy to communicate with. He promptly answered all my messages before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend renting this property and we will be back again to see the Northern lights during the season! ##### Diane W. It was perfect for our family of 3, a perfect base to rest and relax while zipping around Fairbanks in the summer.
