I only needed a hotel room overnight. I checked in around 4pm and checked out at 6:30 am. The hotel is rundown and in dire need of repairs. I left my room once to get dinner. Came back and my room key didn’t work. I stood in line behind 2 families checking in, in order to get my key fixed. The bathroom was unbelievable. It was so disgusting, I couldn’t even get a shower. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. The room is OK, but the bed was metal and didn't feel very nice. Linen was just OK. Fridge had a fridge smell. Bathroom was OK. Floor had no carpet but was OK. Do not rent from the webpage picture.
