"Easy, great location, just enough space very cozy."

"The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango."

"We came to Durango to visit Fort Lewis College. We fell in love with Durango. This condo is in a perfect location."
