Enjoy everything Durango has to offer from this conveniently located, newly remodeled in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for any season. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a long day skiing at Purgatory.

No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire in your cozy living room.

This updated condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living/dining room with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable couch, and large smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary Keurig coffee, and opens up to the dining room creating an inviting space, and includes two bar top stools perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast. This condo also provides:

- 1 queen sized pull out couch
- 1 full bathroom
- washer/dryer
- high speed wifi
- deck w/ outdoor seating
**This is a first level unit, but does require one short flight of stairs.**
**This unit is on the first level of a condo complex and there is potential for noise from the neighbors above**

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit. The hot tub and sauna are open year round, while the pool is open seasonally from May-September.

The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex. There's also a local bus stop in front of the property for easy access back and forth to downtown.

Nice and quiet location, just a few minutes from downtown Durango. Great jumping off point for exploring the area. The unit was comfortable, with plenty of room. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of parking, with easy access.

We had a great stay here! It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The location was so great, just a few minutes away from everywhere we had to be, even great hiking/biking trails close by! We’ll definitely be back!

Nice place and close to Main Street

Clean and has very good appliances in the kitchen. Close to Main Street with shopping and restaurants. Nice king size bed that had plenty of blankets and bedding.

Cozy house

The house was awesome and new. We cooked a pasta dish and had everything we needed. Coffee and tea bar is really nice. Beautiful views. Visited the state park and did a nice mountain bike ride. I would definitely go back to this house.

Great location

We wanted to ride the Durango to Silverton railroad, which leaves early in the morning so needed a location closer to downtown. This location was perfect as it is five minutes from downtown Durango and reasonably priced.

Great place in Durango

Very nice location to downtown Durango. Swimming Pool and hot tub were conveniently located near the property. Fort Lewis college was very close with brand new tennis courts and a disc golf course. Room was nice and cozy.

Polar Express

We were in town for the Polar Express and needed a place to crash for a few nights. This place was perfect! Great location, comfy beds and amenities. Host was very communicative and we had no trouble checking in and checking out. Will stay here again when we need a place to stay for a quick weekend in Durango.

Our stay was perfect! The house had everything. There were even unexpected additions like a Britta and a keurig. Ross was great to interact with. No complaints! The jacuzzi was definitely a plus as well!

Durango condo

We enjoyed our stay as everything was clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable…one of the best we have found in our out of town stays. There was unfortunately no views as all windows looked out on the other condos or sidewalks so we kept the blinds closed but since we toured a lot it wasn’t a big problem. TVs were big and nice which we really appreciated. I would suggest another mirror…full-length…since there is only the smallish mirror in the bathroom which made it difficult to check overall appearance before going out.

Enjoyable stay in Durango

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property for our one week vacation in Durango. The condo is clean and comfortable. We like to prepare some of our meals at "home" when we vacation, and the kitchen and dining area were amenable to this. There is a nice fridge, glass top stove, toaster, kureg, electric kettle, just everything you need. The washer and dryer are a nice addition and work great. Parking is convenient and plentiful. We enjoyed the pool, rec house, sauna, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed strolls on the paths and watching deer. The two big TVs with a hundred channels were used by us a little. The condo is 5 to 10 minutes away from everything in the town.

Easy comfy stay

There were four adults staying here. Spent most of day downtown. Used kitchen to make dinner first night and breakfast in mornings. Was easy to find close enough to down town. Loved that coffee was available in room. Loved the pool towels were available. Close to the pool and hot tub. Suggestion to put a strainer in kitchen for pasta. The 2 brown chairs were not very comfy to sit in. Suggest better seating chairs or a love seat couch. We had a wonderful stay thank you it was very pleasant to stay. Oh upstairs neighbors were moving furniture and running early morning and late night.

Well stocked comfy condo

This condo is old but updated. It’s not walkable to town, but has easy access to all highways. You can hear walking above you and other neighbor noises, but we didn’t mind so much. The condo has everything you might need. We cooked in most days and it was great. It also has a washer and dryer and is supplied with detergent. The bed is comfortable and so was the living space. The T.V. has streaming service and Wi-Fi was good. There are no views from the condo, but we were out everyday surrounded by the gorgeous views of Durango and area. Don’t miss Mesa Verde. The Animas museum is good too. The train ride was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
