The kitchen was fully stocked and included coffee. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We had access to the pool and hot tub. The description was completely accurate but what it didn't mention is that the owners provided additional touches that we found invaluable. There was a bag of coffee near the coffee maker, a couple of laundry pods to use, extra roll-away beds and the bathrooms were spotless were some of our favorite details. My sister is already looking at booking this same home in the coming year. I will stay here again if going to Durango. Only things to be aware of are that it is 42 steps up to the property which was a lot for a family with two kids and lots of stuff. The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Window AC units vs central air so it was quite loud and the 2nd bedroom AC had to run all night just to keep the room at 72 degrees. ##### John G. So the first thing you need to know - STAIRS. Lots of stairs. If you can't do stairs you probably won't like it here. With that out of the way, it was a very comfortable stay for my family. We hit the pin code and 4:02 and were a little nervous that it wasn't going to be ready. Nope--pin worked and we walked in, dropped out stuff, and headed out on a water adventure. The space is nice and affordable for Durango. I didn't mind the location up behind Fort Lewis College but it isn't right downtown--an easy drive though. The apartment was clean and well funished. She carpet is old and dingy and some of the finishes and kitchenware are a bit cheapo--but nothing that didn't work or interfered with enjoying the vacation. I think this is a great value for the area and we would stay there again. ##### Dean J.
