Obviously this is out of the property owners control. Fortunately, the provided sound machine really helped. The house was very clean and in a perfect location. It was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bar across the street was not too loud and I was there over a weekend. It isn't going to be perfectly quiet, as it is in the center of downtown.
