« This place is perfect for exploring beaches and also having a pool. Located in the middle of the island its convenient to go either North or South. Jethro is hands down the best home owner we have ever rented from. Immediate response in person if needed. Even though right on Banks Rd the privacy is perfect! Looking forward to returning to this beautiful island and will definitely return to Tradewinds! »

« Privacy, beauty, setting and every possible convenience in a vacation rental on one of the out islands. Top appliances, comfortable furniture, spectacular setting on a near private beach of miles. « I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location. »

« This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location on a fantastic natural island. The house sleeps 8 very comfortably and provides every modern convenience. A refreshing pool is two steps from the back balcony door and diving and snorkeling are a mere 10 yards further in your private back yard with stairwell down to the water. « We enjoyed our 10-day stay. The sweet house was everything we expected—Clean, well designed and organized, and close to Governor’s Harbor as well as points north and south. The weather was hotter than we expected, but AC worked well. I especially enjoyed daily “workouts in the small and very clean pool. Jethro, who lives nearby, was particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend. »

The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. « We had a wonderful time with our group of friends. The house was in a nice central location and the house manager was very accommodating. The power went off a couple of times and the house generator came on immediately. That was a great PLUS! My ONLY recommendation would be some upgrades on the small appliances, (no big deal) and dresser’s in the bedrooms, otherwise, it was perfect. We will visit again. We LOVE Eluethera and all the Bahama Islands and the people. 🇧🇸 »

« This was an absolutely beautiful home and property- the pictures and descriptions do not do it justice! We stayed with 2 other couples and it was perfect. It feels very secluded and private, and we never felt like we were bothering anyone or being bothered by anyone. Dinner next door was perfect and easy to get to. All management were so kind and helpful and got back to us quickly. It is the perfect spot for families or friends of all ages. Defintiely will be rebooking to take my adult children. »

« This house is wonderful! The spaces are all comfortable and made for relaxing as a group. Having separate houses for family members was such a nice escape. The beach is gorgeous and you have it all to yourselves! We loved how close we were to Buccaneer and the farmers market. It was also completely isolated. This is such a great find! »

« Flew into ELH airport. House was 1.5 hour drive from airport. Roads are rough, lots of potholes, speed bumps are hard to see. Stopped at supermarket in Governor's Harbor to get supplies before going to house. Arrived at house 4pm, everything was unlocked so we just went in, put on bathing suits and went straight to the beach in front of house.
