This modern two bedroom/two bath house sits atop a bluff directly on the ocean with a panoramic view of a horizon full of whitecaps generated by nearby offshore reefs. Many of these reefs are within swimming distance in shallow waters. The house is surrounded by flowers, especially an assortment of different colors of bourganvillas. The beach in front of the house is virtually deserted and you can walk for miles either way on beautiful white/pink powder soft sand-- you probably wont see another person. WE NOW HAVE WI-FI ! It’s a dated property that needs some work outside, nails are sticking up on the deck you have to be careful of and some of the steps going down to the beach need to be replaced. There is a lot of litter that washes up on the beach and the residents do their best to keep the area picked up but if you walk the long stretch of deserted beach to the south it is covered in plastic litter above the tide. You can hardly step without landing on a piece of plastic.
