« The house was really clean throughout, and was the perfect place as our base ahead of our family get together. Lovely and warm on arrival, there was plenty of info from the hosts about Bath. 1 minor issue. Toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose when we arrived. Other than that, can't fault it. Thanks! »

« Awesome house and location is just perfect! Paul is great to work with and very helpful.... one of our party discovered, when we got back to London, he had left his Passport at the house! No problem, Paul located it and arranged for overnight delivery to the Hotel! 10 out of 10 for his attention to detail and nothing was too much bother for him to arrange. GREAT place and Awesome Host!!!! »

« Perfect house for a stay in Bath, clean, everything you need, including parking. Tesco really close, easy walk into town. Would have been nice to have the garden a bit more sorted with chairs - we nearly bought some fairy lights to make it pretty! »

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"

"Hôtel très cosy, calme et agréable. Personnel très gentil. Dans une rue sans voiture avec les transports pas très loin. Dommage que le lit ne soit pas un lit de 160 et qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une chaîne de télé française, mais c'est un détail. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la gentillesse du personnel qui a su aussi nous renseigner sur les transports et autre."

"The hotel is only OK. The rooms were freezing, heathers are in very state, and one room did not warm up. I requested an extra duvet/ blanket to reception. NEVER got it. Lights in room are very low, and not easy if you need to work before your meeting. In general, I would not recommend this OK hotel "

Personnel gentil mais épuisé, propreté douteuse

"hôtel facile d’accès à proximité de l’aéroport de bristol afin de passer une nuit avant de prendre un vol le lendemain. Le parking est gratuit pour les clients de l’hôtel. L’accueil / Check-il a été rapide, la personne qui nous a accueilli avait l’air épuisé, malgré cela il a été très serviable. La chambre en termes de fonctionnalité était comme prévu, même on s’attend pas à avoir à installer le deuxième lit simple soi même car il est glissé en dessous du premier lit simple, sans draps. Propreté globale de la chambre douteuse même si j’ai déduit que les draps de lit étaient propres. 1 seule serviette (déchirée) dans la salle de bain pour 3. Bouilloire poussiéreuse et grasse, j’ai trouvé un des sachets de lait déjà entamé. Et le pire est ce que les 3 tasses semblaient avoir été juste rincés vite fait, encore mouillés et avec une odeur de yaourt, une cuillère avait du yaourt sec dessus. Nous avons commandé des frites pour apporter dans notre chambre. Excellentes frites à un prix plus que correct. Mais là aussi, la personne (visiblement lui aussi epuisé) qui a pris ma commande, faisait également la réception de l’hôtel, le service bar/restaurant et devait aussi préparer des chambres car il est parti pendant que j’attendais ma commande et est revenu les bras chargés de draps sales. Après la douche le miroir de la salle de bain embuée a laissé apparaître l’inscription « Alex stinks » ravi de l’apprendre ! Il vous faut plus de personnel !!"
