« The property was dirty when we arrived making our stay a little uncomfortable. It was sufficient for what we used it for, but that was only because we were out touring the surrounding area for most of the day and only stayed at the home to sleep. The property has great potential, but we would recommend more effort into cleaning up the inside and yard. »

« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« We like the villa we stayed in! It was clean and a nice relaxing space. However, the house next door was having a very loud party that lasted well into the late evening hours. They were playing loud music and driving some type of loud ATV back and forth for hours, well into the late evening. It made it unenjoyable to sit outside. »

« Very clean property. Our room was ready upon arrival. However, no dollies were available. There was a wedding reception going on and things were a bit chaotic for other guests. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed. Our room was very clean, quiet and very comfortable beds. Great scenery. Pool looked nice and clean but weather wasn’t great so we were unable to use it. I would recommend and stay here again but hopefully not during a wedding party. »

« Close proximity in the heart of downtown was a plus. The illusion of them having an operating restaurant and bar on line was completely misleading as it was non operational. Staff was inconsistent with information and lacked professionalism. Overall, the hotel felt like it was operating on a very lean budget. However, the room was very clean with very a nice bathroom. »

« The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay. »

« They offer you water and pop which they had in a refrigerator in the hallway along with coffee, tea, and a breakfast in the morning. That was fantastic. Also, in your room they had snacks if you were interested great job by these folks will definitely be going there again my wife and me enjoyed ourselves. »
