« We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. »

« This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay. »

« Bonne surprise pour ce petit hôtel vieillissant mais plein de charme. Chambre très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Espace confortable. Réfrigérateur, micro ondes, cafetière avec ce qu'il faut pour l'utiliser. Petite table avec fauteuil permettant de prendre un petit repas dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner agréable et varié. « Vraiment terrible — à éviter absolument ! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans même être remboursés, et Expedia ne nous a offert aucune aide. Nous avons visité six chambres et les six avaient clairement déjà été utilisées. Les lits étaient défaits, il y avait des déchets partout et les planchers étaient sales. L’odeur de cannabis était présente partout dans l’hôtel, et il y avait aussi des traces de cigarettes dans les chambres. Le pire : nous avons trouvé une seringue souillée sur le...
