« Friendly staff nice renovations great location and restaurants inside and attached to Marriott »

« The good: Clean room, comfortable bed, very kind staff, great breakfast, convenient parking garage. The bad: Wall outlets in the room were all very loose and nothing would stay plugged in (the weight of the plug would cause it to fall out). There were no bath towels in the room (I assume the cleaning staff just forgot to replenish them). Overall a pleasant stay. »

« I would recommend this hotel for anyone who has appointments at Mayo Clinic. It is connected to the Mayo indoor subway system. »

My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer »

« I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you »

« Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrée. Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgré tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking était assez calme. Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vélo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testé la piscine. La chambre était très grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC étaient séparés du lavabo. Petit-déjeuner buffet pas très varié ni très fourni, mais correct....
