« A good suggestion would be to hire friendlier staff . I found them to be very rude. Gave no helpful information. The maids never came to our room to see if we needed trash thrown or if we needed towels. I had to go request them. And we were there for more than one night. Shouldn't they have came on my second day. Also need handicap paved to come into the side doors. M »

« Remember that Sparks is the low end tier of Hilton. You don't get the expensive furnishings like in other Hilton hotels. There's no coffee maker in the room. But the room is clean and very spacious. Towels are good. Breakfast is continental breakfast which is fine by me. They make sure the coffee pots are always full. The bread items, cereal, and fruits are decent. The price was great. Staff was super friendly. »

« This motel is old and run down. The "breakfast" is a joke. Ghetto location. »

« Bathroom (specifically the shower) needed a really deep clean. Otherwise, clean room. Bed was NOT comfortable. They need to update the TVs to smart TV. Staff was very nice and accommodating. »
