"We were very happy with the location. It was a lovely neighborhood and conveniently located near the Earl’s Court tube. We felt comfortable walking to and from the station. The staff was wonderful. We loved this property!"

"The staff was excellent. Special kudo to Laust the rooms director who helped my wife get to the hospital after a fall (not on the property). Just good people."

"The room was basic. The first night we had a dirty comforter but the hotel staff gave us extra blankets to use for the night and brought new ones in the morning. There was a hair dryer and an electric water kettle available for use and they provided tea bags and instant coffee packets. The staff was friendly and though they only offered one key, they were willing to unlock the doors as needed when one of us stayed behind. The hotel was older- the lift was suitable for just two people- but was just two blocks from the tube and the main strip. Many pubs and shopping close by. No bugs or rodents seen. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay there again. "

"We lived our stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast, a beautiful pool, and a Starbucks in the lobby. It is very clean and only a block from the Underground. It was located jn a safe neighborhood near many attractions and restaurants."

"Eu classificaria minha hospedagem como decepcionante. O hotel não tem limpeza nos quartos só acima de 7 noites, não tem limpeza do chão, retirada do lixo (banheiro e cozinha), papel higiênico você precisa ir na recepção pedir, enfim, reservar um apartamento é melhor do que isso. No meu quarto a descarga não tinha força pra descer um papel, algo que reclamei, mas não foi consertado, também quando eu cheguei tinha luz queimada, num quarto que já é escuro e também não tinha sabonete no suporte do banheiro, o que demonstra uma falta de cuidado antes de entregar o quarto ao hóspede. O café da manhã é excelente, um dos melhores que já comi em hotel, não tem buffet é a la carte, o problema é que demora bastante, teve um dia que esperei mais de 40min, fora que eles são bem desorganizados, para um turista que tem os horários todo organizado gera uma experiência péssima. Não ficaria de novo e não indicaria. "
