« We had my bachelorette party at this property and it was PERFECT. The views and location are unbeatable and the hot tub, pool, and easy water access provided endless hours of fun. We also appreciated the multitude of beds and cots available as well as the plentiful sheets, towels, and bedding. « We stay at bnbs almost exclusively. This was one of our favorite stays. I have no idea why this place has any negative reviews. The pics are there for all to see. It is a small cottage with an attached bathroom. There is plenty of space for a single or couple. It is located in a peaceful settings along the trolley route. We enjoyed this stay so much we would love a repeat stay. I wish we had planned to stay longer. »

« Everything was just wonderful! Out in the country off the beaten path, but close enough to towns to be convenient. Yes, the kitchen is small but we don’t vacation to stay in and cook. Too many good restaurants to go to in Chincoteague alone. Owners were always responsive throughout the process from asking questions before booking to our last day there. We will definitely keep this one on our list of future places to stay! »
