Games for rainy days and sand toys, boogie boards, beach tent and a small umbrella's in porch closet. Every kitchen item you need except a big pot and oven mits. Pot and keurig coffee makers. I liked having a gate on the stairs for my little dog to run free on the deck. Plenty of seating on deck and in living room. Iron and ironing board in closet. Everything was wonderful!! »

« We have always wanted to stay in one of these beach houses, and we had so much fun. The beach is a short walk from the house, and you can clearly see the ocean from both floors of the two story deck. There’s a grill and picnic table on the deck with some nice patio couches and Adirondack chairs. The house is perfectly suited for multiple families with kiddos. « Three bedrooms was perfect for 2 adults, 3 kiddos, and a dog. Bay was always calm for swimming and never crowded. The gulf wasn't too far of a walk. Bring bug spray or pants and loose long sleeves for the walk out to the water due to mosquitoes, though the skeeters are worse some days over others. House was in good shape, loved the couch covers so pup could sit with us without worry. Back deck was perfect to watch the bay and eat outside.
