« The room appeared to be clean. The sheet on one bed did not appear to be fresh. The first night was extremely noisy from loud music overhead until about 1:30a.m. The second night the noise came from the room next door until about 9:00p.m. (acceptable). The towels were freshened on the 2nd day, but new cups were not provided (no tea for me) . I would have used one of the old cups except some type of winged bug was crawling in it. »

« This 2 bed 1.5 bath is a perfect place to relax, kayak, fish or just enjoy beautiful Lake Hartwell. The kitchen is well equipped, there are 2 big screen TVs and an ample deck looking over the lake. Downstairs is a Ping Pong table we spent a lot of time on. Nice little walk way down to the lake. Kayaks are provided. We will be back. »

« The Hartwell House property was a true delight to stay in, this home was squeaky clean in every room , tastefully decorated with 3 very comfortable beds/bedding and 2 full bathrooms. « At first, it seemed a little small, but it didn’t feel like that once we settled in. My family thoroughly enjoyed waking up and seeing all the animals. We also enjoyed our visit from the big ole polar bear of a dog who was patiently waiting by the porch for some scratches one afternoon. My kids really didn’t want to leave! »
