They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. « Upon check-in the desk clerk failed to give me my drivers license back which I did not discover until checking into my next hotel 300+ miles away. When I called back I talked to the desk clerk and she confirmed that she had the drivers license. She took a picture of it and emailed it to me so I could get a printout copy of it in case I needed it on the rest of my trip.
