The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. However, I was very disappointed with the front desk service on October 2. Late at night, when all the nearby stores were closed, I urgently needed a sanitary pad/tampon. I asked the front desk, but was told they didn’t have any. With my toddler children, I had to drive about 30 minutes each way to a relative’s house to get one. The next day, I noticed that the housekeeping staff had tampons available. I was upset that no one could help me...

The lobby is beautiful! The room was nice too. A couple of upgrade would be nice to see. There are no usb outlets anywhere, which would be very helpful. As well, the tv was very slow and had no guide to bring up to view. It kind of made scrolling through the channels a pain.
The sink in our bathroom had a leaky tap and very low water pressure.
Other than these little things, our stay was lovely.
