"Loved having the convenience and the availability of the airport shuttle taking us back and forth to the various locations on campus and downtown. The shuttle staff and drivers were all so kind, informative and willing to help especially Thomas. He left a lasting first impression from the very first day when he offered to bring our luggage from the car to the room. Hard working young man… The staff in the dining rooms / restaurants were very kind and friendly and were easy to talk with and very helpful."
