Staff were very helpful and the location was accessible to lot of good dining options.

Our suite was super tidy and we had a comfortable stay. The unit has all utilities including basic kitchen supplies that one may need during their stay. I definitely recommend booking this unit and will grab this property, on my next vacation to Banff, if available. Cheers to the hosts and staff for doing a great job!

We had a good time at the Grande Rockies. We stayed in the annex building, as the main building has condos that are on a third party listing platform. There's a lot of construction going on around the building and in Canmore in general, so there was a decent amount of noise during the day, but quiet at night. Our room was clean and comfortable, just had a few small things wrong. Had to reset the breaker on the AC a couple of times, had to do the classic unplug and plug back in the TV to get it to work. The bed was very comfy but the window covering situation was not ideal. Especially because the triangle at the very top had no covering at all, and the blinding street light outside had free entry. Lucky for me, my sleep mask worked like a charm. The parking was okay, a little tight but there was always a spot. So overall it was a great stay for the price we paid, especially since we spent most of our time exploring Banff and Canmore. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
