« We were greeted by Bella, the family's dog. She followed us everywhere for the 2 days we were there. The house is big, great for large groups. Kitchen is alright. It could be cleaner overall but nothing gross. You gotta be ready to deal with bugs as they're big gaps under the doors. No mesh in the windows. « We spent a wonderful moment here for the 2nd time. We saw many more birds than 4 years ago : all types of toucans, amazing trogons, a caracara, kiskadies, tangara, humming birds... Don't forget to give them papaya😉 The hotel's hotsprings are great while having a cocktail or a juice. We went to Las termalitas and to Arenal and we enjoyed it very much. Chalo and his family are very kind and reactive. You can try the pizzas in chachaga : they are delicious. We love this place and this house a lot! »

« We had four couples stay in the property and completely enjoyed it. The pool was the highlight but its location close to central La Fortuna was great for dining and getting groceries. Property management was best I have experienced. Excellent help with transportation and excursions. I strongly recommend using them. »
