"We had a very good stay at the Casa. View of the mountains and sunset is the best you can get. The owner is superb and was very responsive and made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He even left us some beers, coffee etc which was amazing and I appreciate the gesture.Improvements needed:It got very hot and the windows did not have grills or mesh and so opening them was a bit risky (bugs). "The house was as described, which was fun to explore with our kids. The location was very convenient and it was easy to communicate with the host. It was a little challenging to do dishes for our large crew in the small sink, but we managed and enjoyed the adventure. "

"This report is amazing! Breakfast was included every morning and it was a delicious HUGS buffet with a variety of different things to choose from. The other dining options on the property had amazing food as well. The best part of the stay was the staff! Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We were easily able to schedule a variety of different tours in the area through the hotel. All around an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"Finca Sunset Monteverde was absolutely outstanding — easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The house is clean, new, and beautifully designed, with attention to detail everywhere. The views are truly out of this world and something you’ll never get tired of, whether it’s morning coffee or sunset. The host went above and beyond by leaving a welcome basket with beer, wine, eggs, local fruits and bread, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved it and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde."
