"Great, friendly staff. Beautiful grounds, including their own nature trail. Great view of surrounding mountains and calories from an expansive balcony that is used for the breakfast area as well as for lounging. It overlooks a small garden where you are guaranteed to see lots of hummingbirds. The furnishings are a bit old but everything is clean and tidy. Our room had its own private balcony. "

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. It was a beautiful property with a nice path through their gardens and some wilderness, that was home to a variety of singing birds. They have a fire pit with marshmallows our kids enjoyed roasting. Service was spectacular and every worked was very friendly. Breakfast was yummy too. It’s just a couple minute walk to a nice grocery store (to fill up the fridge they give you for the room), many restaurants, and a bakery if your heart desires. We would definitely come back. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was so nice. We were greeted with a lovely lemonade and ginger drink. The grounds are well manicured with beautiful flowers and fountains. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the food was great. The rooms are clean. They are not air conditioned, but it gets cool at night and we were comfortable. "

"Lovely 2 night stay at the Cloud Forest Lodge. Very comfortable room and huge shower room. Missed having coffee making facilities in the room, but that’s a pretty minor issue really. Loved having cocktails on the restaurant balcony while watching the sun set and all of our meals in the restaurant were absolutely excellent. Customer service was spot on. We arranged 2 activities through reception: - A night walk, which unfortunately was a complete waste of money - Canopy zip lines, which was excellent and completely safe - although somewhat scary as it was extremely windy."
