Enjoy the best waterfront view in Port Aransas! Cline's Landing is a newly remodeled condo facility located on the channel at the north end of Mustang Island. This unit has spectacular views of St Joe Island, and the Lydia Ann Lighthouse.

Just a 5 minute drive to the beach, and walking distance to many great restaurants, bars and shops; enjoy morning sunrises on the balcony with afternoon shade as you watch the ships pass and the dolphins playing in the channel.

This condo is tastefully appointed with comfy king beds in both bedrooms. Master bath has a walk-in shower and guest bath has a tub shower. Kitchen has all appliances, dishes, cookware and coffee maker. Washer and dryer also available.

Onsite amenities include security gate, swimming pool with two spas, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, fishing pier, fish cleaning stations, gas BBQ grills and picnic area.
